Collaboration as a Competitive Advantage

In my work with the Saudi Muaythai Federation, online collaboration tools are part of daily operations. We use them for meetings, coordination, planning, document sharing, and follow-up.

For video meetings, I mainly use Google Meet because it is simple, fast, and easy to access. However, for full collaboration, Microsoft 365 is much stronger because it connects communication, documents, storage, and workflow in one system.

Features That Improve Collaboration

  • Real-time meetings through Google Meet and Microsoft Teams
  • Document collaboration through Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Shared file storage through OneDrive and SharePoint
  • Better follow-up through Outlook calendars, email, and meeting records

Conclusion

Collaboration tools create competitive advantage by improving communication, reducing delays, supporting remote work, and helping teams make faster decisions. The real value is not only the meeting itself, but how it connects to documents, calendars, tasks, and follow-up.
